Attorney Marci Alexander joins HealthReach Community Health Centers Governing Board of Directors

WATERVILLE – HealthReach Community Health Centers (HRCHC) President and CEO Connie Coggins is pleased to announce that attorney Marci Alexander has joined their Governing Board of Directors.

Ms. Alexander is employed by MaineGeneral Health as their Chief Corporate Compliance Officer and In-house counsel. Ms. Alexander was formerly the Director of the Maine Office of the Attorney General’s Healthcare Crimes Unit, Vice Chair of the Maine Elder Death Review Team and Executive Committee member of the National Association of Medical Fraud Control Units. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Southern Maine.

HRCHC is a system of eleven federally qualified, community-based health centers, and two dental centers, located in central and western Maine. Dedicated providers deliver high-quality, affordable primary medical care to underserved residents in over 80 rural communities. HealthReach is a private, non-profit organization with a 30-year history, funded by patient fees, grants and individual donations.
